1. Purpose of Use / 利用目的

We collect and process personal information (names, transaction details, and contact info) exclusively for the following purposes:

当法人は、以下の目的のためにのみ個人情報（氏名、取引内容、連絡先等）を収集・処理します。

• Accounting & Tax Compliance: To process expense reimbursements and comply with the Electronic Bookkeeping Act.
  会計および税務コンプライアンス: 経費精算の処理および電子帳簿保存法への準拠のため。
• Legal Reporting: To fulfill our obligations under the Act on General Incorporated Associations.
  法的な報告: 一般社団法人法に基づき義務を履行するため。

2. Data Retention Period / 保存期間

To comply with Article 120 of the Act on General Incorporated Associations, all accounting records and associated receipts will be stored for 10 years.

一般社団法人法第120条に基づき、すべての会計帳簿および関連する領収書は10年間保存されます。

• Data will be permanently deleted after this legal requirement expires.
  法的義務の終了後、データは速やかに永久削除されます。

3. Security Management / 安全管理措置

As our system is accessible via the public internet, we implement the following strict security safeguards:

本システムはインターネット公開されているため、以下の安全管理措置を講じています。

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
  暗号化: すべてのデータは通信時(SSL/TLS)および保存時(AES-256)に暗号化されます。
• Access Control: Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is strongly encouraged or mandatory for user access.
  アクセス制限: ユーザーには多要素認証(MFA)の利用を強く推奨または義務付けています。
• Audit Logs: We maintain immutable logs of all data access and modifications.
  監査ログ: データアクセスおよび変更に関する編集不可能なログを保持します。

4. Your Rights / ユーザーの権利

Under the APPI (Japan) and GDPR (EU), users have the right to request:

• Disclosure: To see what data we hold about you. (開示請求)
• Correction: To update inaccurate information. (訂正請求)
• Suspension of Use: To stop processing data, provided it does not conflict with legal retention requirements. (利用停止請求 - 法的保存義務と抵触しない範囲内)
